Age matters when it comes to fertility. With age, it starts having a decline in both males and females. However, you can boost it for you if you are willing to biome parents of a child or expand your family. Here are some useful tips for you:

  • Ensure you are having a healthy and balanced diet every time. It should include all the nutritional elements like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minals. Whole grains, fresh & green vegetables, seasonal fruits, seeds, nuts, pasteurised dairy products, folic acid, etc. are the ones that you should include in your diet 
  • Quit smoking and leave drinking or take it down to a moderate level, a peg a week 
  • Stay away from fast, spicy, salty, undercooked, and junk food   
  • Regular check your BMI and try to keep it above 20 and below 25
  • Treat a health condition soon as it develops to prevent it from becoming serious/chronic 
  • Do exercises or workouts of light to moderate intensity 
  • Practise relaxation techniques, do deep breathing, or meditate to lower your stress if you have
