Whole grains, fresh & green vegetables, seasonal fruits, seeds, nuts, pasteurised dairy products, folic acid, etc. are the ones that you should include in your diet 
  • Quit smoking and leave drinking or take it down to a moderate level, a peg a week 
  • Stay away from fast, spicy, salty, undercooked, and junk food
